Eligibility & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Required Skills & Tech Stack
• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and UAT.
• Experience with API testing, database testing, and cross-browser/device testing.
• Familiarity with Jira, Postman, SQL, Selenium/Cypress, and test management tools.
• Understanding of Automation Testing, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and bug-tracking processes is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and verify bugs while working closely with development teams.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and compatibility testing across applications.
• Ensure product quality by validating fixes, maintaining test documentation, and participating in release testing.
